Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with coding agents across complex development scenarios.
• Experience architecting multi-service systems, including complex persistence, integrations, and scaling.
• Understanding of distributed systems trade-offs and cloud-based infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in customer discovery techniques and ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.
• Experience guiding others on AI-first development approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade systems spanning multiple internal and third-party backend systems.
• Reverse-engineer and rebuild legacy systems end-to-end using coding agents.
• Guide less experienced KDEs and SDEs on effective tool usage.
