This role is hybrid in the Mountain View office with in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You’ll learn rapid prototyping, testing, observability, and how to evaluate agent outputs,

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to build non-trivial functionality.
Working proficiency in Java or TypeScript and familiarity with web apps.

Responsibilities

Build and ship features with AI coding agents as the primary production method.
Work across the stack: Java/Spring services, MySQL, TypeScript/React frontend.
Write tests and acceptance criteria to define done for features.
Review and ship code with the team.
Identify weak skills and guardrails and improve them.
Monitor post-release metrics and learn from trade-offs.
