You will write clean, secure code, perform unit tests, and collaborate with design, product management, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable software. You will lead projects end-to-end, mentor peers, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle with a focus on user experience through

Qualifications

• Write clean, functional code and perform unit testing with a focus on Design Thinking Principles and user experience.
• Lead and manage the software development lifecycle, including debugging, reviews, threat modeling, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with product management and design to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develops functional, clean code and unit tests consistent with Cisco Design Thinking Principles.
• Partners with design, product management, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Creates technical design documentation and conducts code reviews for scalability, velocity, reliability, and security.
