Accenture in Seattle, WA, seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to redesign software delivery to be AI-native. You will surface waste with flow metrics, design future-state AI-enabled workflows, and architect agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases.

You bring 5+ years across the full SDLC, 3+ years in multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems, and consulting experience at enterprise scale. Travel up to 100% may be required; about compensation, Accenture offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full SDLC (requirements through release)
• 3+ years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems
• 3+ years in a consulting or advisory capacity with enterprise-scale engineering organizations
• 3+ years applying flow metrics or value stream mapping in practice
• 2+ years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in existing SDLC practices
• Design AI-native to-be processes that restructure and accelerate software definition, design and governance
• Change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategy and design of agentic systems targeting upstream SDLC phases
• Know how and where to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and the token impact
• Model SDLC as a system with feedback loops, bottlenecks and second-order effects
• Cross-functional perspective spanning product, engineering, QA, security, and platform
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystem and MCP/tool orchestration
• Track emerging AI practitioner patterns and model context protocols
