Job summary

Meta seeks Product Managers to partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to invent AI-powered products at scale. You will identify opportunities, define strategy, and own roadmaps that align with broader objectives across the company.

You will lead cross-functional teams through milestones, balancing speed with rigorous evaluation of tradeoffs, and champion responsible AI practices to improve user outcomes and organizational velocity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years of experience working with engineering, design and user research teams.
• Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area and drive product mission, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations with clarity.
• Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions and market definitions.
• Drive product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
