Kyma is a small, growing startup reimagining the furnished rental experience. We’re seeking an AI-native product manager who turns customer challenges into intuitive experiences and owns ideas from discovery through launch.

You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and founders to shape products that matter, test assumptions, and learn rapidly as Kyma grows. You’ll focus on turning ideas into tangible concepts, staying close to customers, and delivering clear requirements and tickets that

Qualifications

• Proven ability to decide what to build, why it matters, and what comes first, based on customer research.
• Experience turning ambiguous ideas into clear plans and actionable requirements.
• Comfort with shipping AI-powered products and collaborating with engineers and designers.
• Startup experience and willingness to own beyond a single role.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into working concepts using AI tools and rapid prototyping for teammates and customers.
• Own products from ideation to launch and drive continued improvement.
• Stay close to customers; translate feedback into better product decisions.
• Write clear requirements, PRDs, and engineering tickets to guide delivery.
• Keep the team moving by running standups, planning, and removing blockers.
• Help shape how Kyma builds AI-powered products and agentic workflows.
• Take initiative and contribute beyond your role to move the team forward.
