Job summary

Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for Product Managers who value moving quickly and lead AI-native product development at scale.

As a PM, you will define strategy, roadmaps and drive progress across multiple workstreams, while mentoring and coaching others in AI-native practices. You will communicate clearly with stakeholders and champion responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industry with at least 3 years in Product Management.
• Experience managing a product through the full lifecycle.
• Experience leading AI-native strategies across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis and ability to drive decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a complex product area with cross-functional teams.
• Define success, prioritize problems, and identify strategies.
• Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions.
• Develop AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies.
• Coach and mentor other PMs in AI-native practices.
• Communicate product strategy clearly to stakeholders.
