Job summary

Meta Product Managers collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to craft products at scale. We seek extremely effective PMs to drive AI initiatives across the company and help accelerate adoption of AI at scale.

You will own roadmaps, generate buy-in across organizations, and translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions while maintaining strong team health and clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• 10+ years collaborating with engineering, design and user research.
• 10+ years product management and/or Product Design.
• Experience developing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
• Experience guiding products through full lifecycle with customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities and drive roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in across organizations and drive consensus with limited oversight.
• Critically evaluate when AI is the optimal solution and perform tradeoff analyses at portfolio level.
• Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions that define market categories.
• Champion AI-native strategies with data strategies enabling continuous improvement.
• Drive product development with engineers and designers while maintaining team health.
