UKG is seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer to provide technical leadership across design, development, and deployment of scalable, AI-native enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with product, business, and AI/ML teams to translate complex objectives into resilient solutions.

The role requires deep backend expertise, experience with LLMs and Agentic AI, and strong capability to integrate with Salesforce. You will mentor senior talent and influence architectural direction at scale.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed, highly available systems.
• Deep expertise in backend design, RESTful/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML applications, LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic frameworks.
• Experience designing systems that interface with Salesforce and other enterprise ecosystems.
