CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead AI-native capabilities within Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. You will guide strategy and roadmaps for NG-SIEM, collaborating with engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, and support to deliver breakthrough AI-enabled features.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define use cases, prioritize requirements, and shape go-to-market messaging, while traveling up to 20% to customer and CrowdStrike locations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience owning product direction for AI/ML, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, and related security segments.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to translate technology positioning.
• Proven collaboration with research, engineering and product marketing teams.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making and drive outcomes.

About The Role

The Product Management team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who is technical, collaborative, and truly excited about building AI‑native capabilities into the Falcon platform as part of CrowdStrike’s NG‑SIEM solution. In this role, you will bring your in‑depth knowledge of the XDR, endpoint, SIEM, and SOAR markets to help guide the evolution of CrowdStrike’s investigation, detection, and prevention technologies. You will work closely with engineering, researchers, product marketing, sales, support, and other product managers. You will bring existing knowledge about product management best practices and apply them in delivering significant new features and enhancements. The successful candidate will have the ability to interface and influence cross‑functional teams throughout the company.

This role is hybrid, on‑site at one of the posted locations: Sunnyvale, CA; Redmond, WA; New York City; Austin, TX or Toronto, Canada. NYC, Austin and Toronto locations require 2–3 days per week on‑site once the development center is established.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a product leader for building out AI‑native capabilities directly in Falcon Next‑Gen SIEM
• Define and maintain strategy and product roadmap for the AI‑native functionality in the context of CrowdStrike’s NG‑SIEM offerings
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and data science teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative AI‑native solutions
• Utilize strategic insight and organizational skills to identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance the functional capabilities of this offering
• Partner with marketing to help define go‑to‑market strategy & messaging, assist with product positioning, benefits, and target personas
• Engage with sales and support to champion recent releases and guide future product direction
• Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current information regarding competitive activity
• Work on a team of high‑performing product professionals in a very collaborative environment

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of product management experience owning product direction for AI/ML, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, and/or closely related security segments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
• Curious about new technologies, systems, and tools
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing
• Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
• Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
• Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
• This position requires up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide
• BA or BS degree in an applicable field or equivalent work experience, Master’s desirable
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

This role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements.
