You will own the editorial calendar, audience mapping, and the storytelling framework that guides all major org communications, balancing strategic narrative with practical delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Write, produce, and deliver leadership communications — town hall scripts, org announcements, program milestone messages, and change narratives.
• Produce recurring communications — weekly/biweekly digests, leadership roundups, and program updates.
• Design the audience map: who needs to know what, segmentation level, and which channels serve which audiences.
• Own and operate the organization's primary communication channels: Slack, distribution aliases, and sub-channel ecosystems.
• Own the narrative strategy for the org: stories of new programs, operating model changes, and cultural shifts.
