Job summary

You will guide design, code, and delivery across multiple technologies and applications. You will mentor engineers, promote responsible AI use, and ensure high-quality production code through reviews, testing, and automation.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and setting team expectations for AI output validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to support business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and performance across delivery.
• Influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Act as a function-wide subject matter expert on one or more focus areas.
• Contribute to the engineering community by promoting firmwide frameworks and practices.
