Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across our core platform's React/TypeScript frontend and Fastify API, plus the shared schema layer that keeps it and its downstream consumers in sync.
• Work in an agile environment alongside a small, highly skilled team covering the full SDLC — from design through deployment.
• Provide reliable effort estimates and consistently deliver against them.
• Communicate directly with business stakeholders to translate real-world workflows into shipped software.
• Design and evolve REST APIs and shared Zod-based contracts with a backwards-compatibility-first mindset.
• Apply strong security fundamentals across the stack and AWS patterns.
• Work with relational databases and AWS services as needed.
• Work AI-native by default while staying accountable for quality and security.
• Coordinate with engineers to manage a large shared workload.
• Take on duties across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed.
