Résumé du poste

Perfect Store Group in Boston is seeking a software engineer to join a tiny engineering team building AI-native tooling for sales automation. You will ship features end-to-end and see them land with clients in the same week, collaborating closely with the CTO.

The role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, and tangible impact in a fast-paced startup environment. The stack includes React + TypeScript, Fastify, Codex SDK, and data work with GCP, Firestore, and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years shipping production software or a strong portfolio demonstrating it.
• AI-native by default; familiarity with Claude Code or Codex in daily work.
• Solid backend fundamentals: data models, auth, deploys; quick to learn what you’re green at.
• Bias toward shipping: value delivering results by Friday over perfection later.
• Autonomy: own well-scoped problems from design to shipped code.
• Grit to navigate startup challenges and deliver under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ship features end-to-end and see them land with clients in the same week.
• Work on agent infrastructure, data pipelines, and backend/frontend layers.
• Collaborate with CTO and small engineering team to own components from design to deployment.
