Job summary

Nxt Level in Austin is seeking two full-stack engineers to build an AI-native platform for complex legal and government workflows. You will work on a TypeScript-heavy stack with AWS, using coding agents and LLMs to ship production-grade software at speed.

This role is ideal for builders who enjoy solving ambiguous problems in early-stage environments and turning AI tools into real leverage, with in-person collaboration in Austin.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software engineering experience, ideally in startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features across a TypeScript-heavy platform.

• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems across the product.

• Design agent coordination patterns for complex workflows.

• Build reliable, auditable agent pipelines for legal and government use cases.

• Ship agent systems into production.

• Partner with the founding team to move quickly from idea to shipped product.
• Help define the engineering culture and platform architecture.
