Qualifications

• 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• 1 year of expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions.
• 7 years experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, and Vertex AI.
• 10 years programming experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• 10 years deploying to production with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• 10 years in client communication and leading technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for integration.
• Leverage microservices and serverless architectures for AI systems.
• Tailor applications across verticals addressing domain-specific processes.
• Conduct design workshops and code-with sessions.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent performance.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation for internal assets.
