Success Matcher Recruitment partners with a startup pioneering DC power distribution for data centers. We seek a visionary AI Native Electrical Engineer to evolve early prototypes into deployable alpha hardware, turning complex concepts into real products.

You will own high-voltage design, model system behavior, lead lab bring-up, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development in a high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in designing, prototyping, and testing.
• Deep knowledge of Power Electronics, Circuit Design, Gate Drivers, and High-Voltage DC systems.
• Proficiency with SPICE, PLECS, and materials like SiC and GaN.
• Builder mindset with bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prototype to Product: transition lab-scale systems to alpha hardware ready for partners.
• High-Voltage Design: develop 800V-class DC power systems using SiC/GaN.
• Simulation & Validation: model electrical, thermal, and system behavior with SPICE/PLECS.
• Lab Leadership: lead bring-up, debugging, and characterization of hardware.
• AI-Integrated Workflow: use AI-native tools to accelerate design and testing.
• End-to-End Execution: coordinate with PCB fabrication and component sourcing.
