Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting synthesizing analysis and advising senior executives.
• Experience presenting to leadership and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• AI-native approach with analytical workflows and the ability to evaluate generated code.
• Strong statistical judgment: experimentation, attribution, correlation vs causation.
• Experience building dashboards, data models, visualizations in modern BI tools.
• Ownership of analytical projects and ability to work independently in a changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Frame business questions with senior leaders and guide initiatives from recommendation to adoption.
• Synthesize marketing, sales, and developer insights into exec briefs and dashboards connected to business impact.
• Present recommendations to senior executives and drive decisions with clear tradeoffs.
• Examine campaign results, funnel, pipeline, and revenue attribution to identify growth opportunities.
• Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and assess action impact.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for faster analysis and reporting.
