The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Analytics or Data Engineering, strong SQL and Python, and experience with dimensional modeling. You'll work with Hermes and dbt Agent and help empower self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Analytics or Data Engineering experience with a modern data stack.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in dimensional data modeling.
• Bias toward action, relentless empathy, and responsible experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and data marts.
• Support agentic tooling like Hermes and dbt Agent, plus self-service analytics workflows.
• Contribute to data quality, governance, and security strategies.
