Mercury is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data and analytics team. You will design scalable data pipelines and dimensional data marts, collaborating with Data Scientists, Product, Engineering, and Operations to power analytics, experiments, and data-driven experiences for customers.

You may work with Hermes and Ralph tooling, support self-service analytics, implement data quality and governance, and help define Analytics Engineering standards for scale and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Analytics or Data Engineering experience.
• Experience with a modern data stack (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Omni, Hex) or equivalents.
• Proficient with SQL and Python.
• Experience building data products at scale.
• Ability to deliver readable code with tests and documentation.
