Job summary

GLG in San Francisco seeks a Strategic Project Lead to manage human data programs within a fast-growing unit. You will scope projects with AI researchers, coordinate experts, and oversee dataset curation and quality control.

You will build strong client relationships, report progress, and refine GLG’s delivery playbooks and methodologies to scale operations in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in management consulting (MBB or comparable) or founder experience, or 1–2 years in a Strategic Project Lead role.
• Ability to structure vague problems into clear action plans independently.
• Experience owning workstreams end-to-end and coordinating multiple stakeholders toward shared deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and results-driven.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Scope client requests into structured projects with AI researchers and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including monitoring, training, onboarding, and data quality.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact, reporting progress and adjusting scope as needed.
• Shape the delivery model by refining playbooks, templates, and methodologies.
