Job summary

GLG is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to manage and deliver human data programs within a fast-growing unit. You will scope projects with AI researchers, coordinate experts, and oversee dataset curation and quality control, contributing to scalable delivery operations.

You will engage with frontier AI labs and enterprises, shaping delivery playbooks and driving impact beyond individual projects. The role demands structured problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in management consulting (MBB or comparable) or similar rigorous environment, OR founder/operator experience, OR 1–2 years in a Strategic Project Lead role.
• Ability to structure vague problems into clear action plans independently.
• Experience owning workstreams end-to-end and coordinating multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Scope client requests into structured projects with objectives, data format, volume, and quality criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery, manage daily operations, and oversee expert onboarding and data quality.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact, report progress, and adjust scope based on feedback.
• Shape delivery model by refining playbooks, templates, and methodologies.
