Job summary

NewtonX is hiring a Project Lead to own client engagements end to end on our data operations platform. You will scope, configure, run, defend quality, and deliver complex agentic-workflow evaluations for a portfolio of projects.

You will join a small Delivery team and help build the function with playbooks, templates, and quality standards, while collaborating with ML, annotator teams, and commercial staff. This role offers remote/Hybrid work options in North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data labeling, RLHF/SFT, or AI evaluation delivery.
• Experience shipping annotation or evaluation projects either in industry or AI labs.
• Ability to own quality metrics and production rubrics.

Responsibilities

• Scope and set up engagements by translating client needs into SOWs and quality targets.
• Run production, manage annotator pools, and ensure throughput and cost targets.
• Own client relationships from scoping calls to delivery and expansion.
• Deliver and close out engagements with approved acceptance and post-mortems.
• Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and templates for scale.
