• Experience performing model risk assessments and validation for AI/ML models.
• Ability to translate complex model risk concepts into clear conclusions.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute model risk assessments and validation for ML, generative AI, LLMs, and other analytics models across lifecycle.
• Perform independent review and challenge of AI/ML models including design, data, performance, and controls.
• Evaluate model soundness and appropriateness for intended use and risk level.
• Maintain and enhance model risk documentation and model inventory.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and changes in use; report findings to governance forums.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, product, risk, and compliance teams.
