Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Sr Architect to deliver full-stack AI architecture on public, private, or sovereign clouds. You will architect enterprise-grade AI agent platforms using AI Agents, Generative AI, Foundation Models, and Knowledge & Data Engineering to solve complex business problems at scale.

You will embed with clients as a senior architect to shape their AI agent foundation, design reference architectures across cloud providers, and guide engineering teams from use‑case definition

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with AI technologies from public cloud providers, open source, and 3rd party tooling.
• Minimum 4 years designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source).
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, operational AI solutions.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Agent-user models.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems: retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, lifecycle observability.
• Lead architecture workshops with client and Accenture teams; finalise requirements and TCO for AI solutions.
• Evaluate, rationalise, and select technologies for full-stack AI platforms; build financial-viability models.
• Design architectural blueprints (multi-agent, AI security, runtime, governance, DevOps, knowledge and data layer).
• Design knowledge architecture (knowledge graphs, semantic layers) for enterprise-scale AI agents.
• Architect for scalability, security, governance, and performance on multiple clouds.
• Design reusable AI components, agents, and solution patterns for repeatable delivery.
• Run AgentOps, LLMOps, AI Governance, AI Security, and Observability; drive MLOps pipelines.
• Travel 25%–75% depending on business need.

You Are: An AI/ML Sr Architect delivering full‑stack AI architecture on public, private, or sovereign clouds. You architect enterprise‑grade platforms using AI Agents, Generative AI, Foundation Models, and Knowledge & Data Engineering to solve complex business problems at scale.

The Work: You embed with clients as a senior architect to shape their AI agent foundation. You design reference architectures and stand up custom agent frameworks across cloud providers (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder) and the Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, then guide engineering teams from use‑case definition through production rollout.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑ready AI agent systems: retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, lifecycle observability.
• Lead architecture workshops with client and Accenture teams; finalise requirements and TCO for AI solutions.
• Evaluate, rationalise, and select technologies for full‑stack AI platforms; build financial‑viability models.

• Run AgentOps, LLMOps, AI Governance, AI Security, and Observability; drive MLOps pipelines for ML and LLM lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and tune AI systems for performance, cost, reliability, and trust.

This is a hybrid role in Dallas, TX and requires 4 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Columbus, OH; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 75% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with key AI technologies from public cloud providers, open source, and 3rd party tooling.
• Minimum 4 years experience in designing, engineering, and operationalizing large‑scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud, using cloud‑native AI services and frameworks, open‑source technologies, and 3rd party tools.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open‑source), agentic orchestration tools (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), and MLOps/LLMOps practices across the ML and LLM lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years experience in designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions that are at operational and continuous AI solutions.
• Minimum 3 years experience in designing and implementing Agent‑user models etc etc
