Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer within the ProServe team to design, evangelize, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions for customers across industries.

You will work directly with customers to align technical requirements with business objectives and drive successful AI transformations. You will architect complex, scalable ML systems on AWS, select and fine-tune models, run experiments, and mentor teammates while adhering to best practices and security standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years of machine learning / statistical modeling & data analysis.
• Active TS/SCI US government security clearance.
• Experience defining benchmarks for GenAI model performance.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Developing and deploying machine learning models and generative AI applications that solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborating with customer stakeholders to identify high-value AI/ML use cases and gather requirements.
• Providing technical guidance on applying AI, machine learning, and generative AI responsibly and cost-efficiently.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on AI advancements and innovative data practices.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring and prototyping new technologies.
