Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, owning the hard problems across compute, storage, networking, and applied AI.

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect / TAC to serve as the primary technical contact, troubleshoot complex AI/ML issues, and guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 10+ years in Cloud Solutions Architect, TAC, or Customer Engineer roles.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
• Solid understanding of GPU computing for ML training and inference workloads.
• Customer-centric approach with proven ability to build trust and explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML issues.
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads.
• Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
• Act as a bridge to product teams by providing customer feedback and feature requests.
• Engage with stakeholders to negotiate solutions and drive alignment.
