Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an expert Solutions Architect to help customers build scalable AI/ML and HPC software solutions. You will work with strategic customers, providing end-to-end technology solutions and technical support aligned with our product strategy.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales and Developer Relations to identify opportunities, serving as the primary technical contact for AI infrastructure projects, and leading PoC development with cloud integrations across hyperscalers.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Physics, or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of engineering (performance/solution) experience.
• Hands-on experience building performance benchmarks for data center systems, including large scale AI training and inference.
• Understanding of systems architecture including AI accelerators and networking as it relates to the performance of an overall application.
• Effective engineering program management with the capability of balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly through documents, presentations, and in external customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate AI/ML solutions based on NVIDIA’s software and hardware technologies for strategic customers.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers and Developer Relations Managers to identify and secure business opportunities.
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers developing AI infrastructure and evaluating performance for tasks like large-scale training and inference.
• Conduct regular technical customer meetings covering project details, feature discussions, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with customers to build PoCs and support cloud service integration for NVIDIA technology on hyperscalers.
• Analyze and develop solutions for customer performance issues for AI and systems.
