You will guide architecture, adopt emerging AI methodologies, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, including LLM-powered agents, with a focus on secure, reusable AI components and strong team growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/solutions engineering with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional Forward Deployed Engineering projects.
• Architect scalable, secure AI/software solutions across the lifecycle.
• Drive innovation in AI methodologies and MLOps practices.
• Manage talent: hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and guide product roadmap.
• Own delivery across projects, removing impediments and guiding budgets.
