Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a Software/Data Engineer in Lexington, MA to advance software architectures, bioinformatics tools, and AI algorithms for national security applications. You will develop data harmonization solutions, web apps, simulations, and streaming systems in a collaborative, security-conscious team.

Required are advanced degrees or equivalent experience, strong Python skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with AI/ML models, ETL processes, and version control.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• In lieu of a master's, a bachelor's with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
