Qualifications

Master’s in Data Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, AI or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with AI development including LLMs for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience in building data pipelines and harmonizing/curating data; familiarity with biological/clinical data is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development of AI/ML models and data curation.
Plan and conduct field data collections; manage small programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists and engineers; communicate results clearly.
