• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree required.
• IT-II clearance / Tier 3 required at proposal submission.
• PMP or equivalent certification required before starting IA duties.

Responsibilities

• Interview users and stakeholders to understand desired outcomes
• Document capabilities, use cases, non-functional requirements, errors, constraints
• Create models, equations, or storyboards to capture requirements
• Maintain the requirements-management plan and change-control process
• Trace requirements from baseline through final verification
• Participate in peer reviews of requirements, design, code, and test cases
