Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a skilled Requirements Engineer to elicit, document, prioritize, trace, and validate software requirements. You will serve as the key liaison between users and the development team throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, a BA/BS, and IT-II Tier 3 clearance at proposal submission, with PMP or equivalent certification. Prior experience with AI/ML, cloud-based solutions, and DoD contexts is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 clearance required at proposal submission.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements for AI/ML, analytics, or cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interview users and stakeholders to understand desired outcomes.
• Document agreed capabilities, use cases, non-functional requirements, error handling, constraints.
• Create models, equations, or storyboards to capture requirements.
• Maintain the requirements-management plan and change-control process.
• Trace requirements from baseline through final verification.
• Participate in peer reviews of requirements, design, code, and test cases.
