Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of AI/ML programs with milestones and risks.
• Translate goals into structured plans, workstreams and criteria.
• Align multiple teams on priorities, scope and delivery.
• Establish execution rhythms and provide executive status reports.
• Coordinate AI workflow initiatives including benchmarking and experiment tracking.
• Track outcomes: performance, correctness, regression, adoption and usage.
• Drive pilot and production readiness with rollout plans and docs.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process/roadmap improvements.
