Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Program Manager to lead client engagements and design scalable AI/ML programs for state and local government clients.

You will shape policies around responsible AI use, provide technical insight into ML tools, data curation, and LLM development, and drive business growth with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of experience in consulting and strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in client-facing or consulting work.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with additional languages (e.g., Java, R, C++).
• Experience with ML frameworks and tools; cloud platforms and modern MLOps pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery for AI/ML programs.
• Design tailored AI/ML programs and governance policies for responsible use.
• Provide technical guidance during proposals, RFPs, and LOE estimation.
• Develop consulting methodologies, solution frameworks, and service offerings in AI/ML.
• Mentor junior developers and guide upskilling across the team.
• Oversee SDLC, code and model reviews, and project planning.
