Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Program Manager to lead consulting engagements with state and local government clients, shaping responsible AI adoption and roadmaps.

You will grow client relationships, define AI/ML programs, provide technical insight on models and data practices, and guide governance and deployment.

Required: 15+ years in client-facing consulting, strong ML tooling, Python plus Java/R/C++, and a degree in CS/engineering. Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, Systems Eng, Data Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• Strong experience with ML frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in Python and additional languages (Java, R, C++).
• Ability to translate AI/ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Develop AI/ML program roadmaps and governance.
• Provide technical guidance on model selection and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and guide upskilling.
• Drive business development and new client growth.
• Oversee SDLC and project planning.
