Job summary

Micron Technology Inc is seeking a seasoned AI/ML leader to drive initiatives across storage product development. You will lead projects from conception to deployment, coordinating with engineering, validation, firmware, and data science teams to integrate AI/ML into products.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong program management, and ability to communicate with executives. You will manage milestones, orchestrate readiness reviews, and highlight progress and impact to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
5+ years in SSD product development, validation, firmware, or semiconductors.
Proven ability to manage complex technical programs and schedules.
Ability to communicate statuses to leadership and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead AI/ML initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
Manage milestones, deployment readiness, and Go/No-Go decisions.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve blockers.
Monitor portfolios and align initiatives with overarching business priorities.
Develop and deliver executive presentations, portfolio updates, and communications.
