Job summary

About The Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and executing AI/ML initiatives across Micron’s storage product development teams. Your primary focus will be to drive projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical feasibility. You will serve as a key coordinator, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving dependencies, and navigating challenges that arise during project execution. This role combines technical collaboration with program leadership, offering visibility at the executive level and direct influence on product and organizational outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, firmware, and data science, to ensure the successful integration of AI/ML solutions into our products. Your expertise will help optimize workflows, improve product performance, and foster innovation within the organization. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery timelines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SSD product development, validation, firmware, semiconductor products, or similar technical environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical programs, project schedules, issue tracking, and multi-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Ability to drive projects to deployment milestones and effectively communicate technical statuses to leadership teams.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, functions, and geographic regions to ensure project alignment and success.
