Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a strong program manager to lead Enterprise software releases, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs and ML. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams across time zones to ensure aligned, timely delivery.

You will define release plans, maintain quality standards, and drive process improvements. Stay current with AI advances, promote an inclusive team culture, and ensure execution against ambitious schedules.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management experience, including engineering and ML.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE or a related technical field.
Experience leading AI software product programs.
Hands-on DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch; knowledge of Generative AI.
Knowledge of software engineering principles and configuration management tools.
Ability to resolve issues, build consensus and drive programs to success.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models, with NVIDIA GPUs.

Responsibilities

Ensure specifications are coherent and maintain quality standards for software releases.
Communicate improvements and new processes clearly across stakeholders.
