Responsibilities

• Design and implement 2D/3D model architectures for medical imaging problems (CNNs, transformers).
• Apply and adapt LLMs to biomedical imaging tasks including training and deployment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to ground research in clinical practice.
• Build scalable data preprocessing and model evaluation pipelines.
• Contribute to manuscripts and grant applications; mentor junior lab members if desired.
