  • 4+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, with experience in data analysis roles (or an equivalent combination of formal education in Data Analytics/Data Science and hands‑on military aviation experience).

  • Dashboarding & Business Intelligence: Hands‑on experience developing business intelligence dashboards and analytical applications using Tableau, Qlik Sense, Streamlit and the like.

  • UI/UX Design Principles: Practical understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design principles to create visually engaging, clear, and functional user layouts.

  • Data & Statistical Foundations: Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and a foundational understanding of statistical methods used in data analysis (e.g., Probability, Distributions, Precision/Recall/F1).

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, evolving technical environment.

  • Growth: Possess a desire to learn and advance skills in the aviation maintenance data space.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in STEM or analytics.

  • Proficiency with programming languages and analytical data tools, specifically Python and SQL.

  • Hands‑on experience working in cloud‑based big data platforms such as Databricks.
