Avum, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Integration Specialist to connect models and services with existing apps. You’ll design data pipelines, build APIs, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to move solutions to production.

Expect a hybrid work model and a focus on secure, scalable implementations. Responsibilities include implementing NLP, CV, and analytics capabilities, ensuring governance, and documenting architectures and procedures.

Competenze

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, ML engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs, microservices, and third party platforms.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, the model lifecycle, and AI application architecture.
• Experience working with databases, data pipelines, JSON, SQL, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, and production deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations connecting AI/ML models, APIs, and services with existing applications.
• Implement generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics capabilities to support business needs.
• Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, middleware, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and move models from development into production.
• Evaluate and improve AI solution performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cost.
• Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and establish practices for testing, version control, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure solutions meet organizational security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
• Document architectures, integrations, and operating procedures, and recommend emerging technologies that support business goals.
