Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a DevOps & AI/ML Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and secure scalable cloud and ML infrastructure. The role blends cloud engineering with AI/ML needs in a hybrid New York environment and remote-friendly teams.

You’ll own CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins, IaC with Terraform and Terragrunt, and model-serving pipelines, collaborating across Software, ML, QA, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, operate, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
• Automate configuration management and IaC provisioning (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation).
• Support AI/ML infrastructure and model-serving endpoints.
• Collaborate with Software, ML, QA, and Security teams to improve reliability and security.
• Maintain monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and incident response processes.
