Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an experienced AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer (8+ years) to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions that scale and align with business KPIs.

You will combine applied machine learning, software engineering, and stakeholder problem-solving to deploy production-grade systems with robust observability, security, and governance. This role operates at the intersection of data, models, systems, and real users.

Formación

• 8+ years of engineering experience in AI/ML and deployment
• Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions
• Strong systems engineering, observability, security, and KPI alignment

Responsabilidades

• Identify AI opportunities with stakeholders and translate them into well-defined use cases with success metrics and rollout plans
• Develop and improve ML solutions (classic ML, DL, NLP) with rigorous evaluation, offline metrics, and A/B testing
• Build GenAI/LLM pipelines (RAG, embeddings, retrieval, grounding) and ensure guardrails and reliability patterns
• Package models into scalable services using Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD, with lifecycle management and governance
• Collaborate on data pipelines, data quality, lineage, and secure design (PII/PHI, RBAC, encryption)
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, runbooks, and reusable accelerators to scale deployments across teams
