Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead cutting-edge AI, data science, and machine learning initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients, and deliver scalable AI solutions across diverse data sources while ensuring responsible deployment and strong governance.

You will work in a hybrid model with on-site and remote collaboration, shaping a high-impact AI program and advancing analytics capabilities across EY’s client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
6–10 years of AI, data science, and/or machine learning experience.
2–4 years of direct technical team management.
3–4 years building/ deploying production AI on Databricks.
Databricks Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on the Databricks platform.
Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering AI engineering initiatives with quality and governance.
Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to execution and closure.
Design and govern ontologies, semantic models, and domain knowledge for AI solutions.
Apply product-centric development to define user outcomes and measurable adoption.
