Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AI engineering leader who will own the Tenant Engine, a critical AI-powered framework for multi-tenant migrations. You will guide the regeneration cycle, optimize coverage, cost, and quality, and lead a team of engineers and analysts to deliver scalable AI remediation across a large codebase.

The role requires deep experience in AI/ML leadership, production LLM ownership, and the ability to drive a technical roadmap at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• AI/ML and engineering leadership: 10+ years in software/AI/platform data-intensive engineering, incl. 5+ years in AI/ML leadership and 3+ years leading teams.
• Production LLM/GenAI ownership: experience owning production LLM/GenAI systems, prompts, evaluation pipelines and cost control at scale.
• Roadmap and delivery at scale: ownership of technical roadmap and delivery across large teams and portfolio-scale programs with hard deadlines.
• Static analysis and automated remediation: leadership in code analysis, automated remediation, developer tooling, or similar productivity programs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Eng or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Tenant Engine roadmap and operating rhythm to keep migration work on cadence.
• Direct regeneration cycles: scan → noise-filter → LLM validation → remediated-code generation with SME feedback.
• Govern noise-filter rules and prompts to balance false positives, recall, and risk.
• Lead and develop the team: supervise engineers and analysts; set goals and unblock blockers.
• Oversee scan operations at scale across 900+ repositories; manage cost and SLA performance.
