Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a hands-on AI engineering leader to own the Tenant Engine, an AI-powered remediation framework for a portfolio-scale migration. This role reports to the SVP, Technology and oversees regeneration cycles, squeaky-clean prompts, and cost-aware operation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software/AI leadership, 5+ years in AI/ML leadership, and 3+ year leading teams, with a track record of delivering roadmaps and managing large-scale static analysis efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/AI/ML or data-intensive engineering, including leadership roles.
• 5+ years owning production LLM/GenAI systems and scale.
• Experience delivering a technical roadmap across multiple teams.
• Experience with large-scale static analysis or remediation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Tenant Engine roadmap and operating rhythm including remediation automation and portfolio-scale scanning.
• Lead regeneration cycles: scan → noise-filter → LLM validation → code generation with SME feedback.
• Govern noise-filter rules and prompts balancing false positives, must-fix coverage, and risk.
• Lead and develop the team: supervise engineers and analysts; run weekly engine standups.
• Oversee large-scale scan operations across 900+ repositories in collaboration with platform teams.
• Coordinate cross-track handoffs to migration execution and governance bodies.
• Report quality and economics to senior leadership; translate metrics into updates.
