Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Manager of AI/ML Engineering — North America to lead a cross‑functional AI/ML team, while staying hands‑on to design, build, and ship production AI/ML solutions, including user touchpoints and apps. You anchor delivery, set technical bar, and raise team craft across regions.

You’ll balance data science with software delivery, partner with global teams, and drive end‑to‑end AI/ML programs with a strong emphasis on production health and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software engineering, including hands-on solution development and leadership/coordinator experience.
• Proven track record shipping and operating production software and ML/AI-powered products.
• Strong Python and ML libraries; experience across data, modeling, and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a AI/ML engineering team of engineers, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and career development.
• Personally own and ship hard AI/ML solutions end-to-end, including data pipelines, modeling, services, and user-facing apps.
• Design and implement ML models for structured, time-series, and unstructured data; own validation and error analysis.
• Partner with program/product management to align scope, priorities and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with MLOps to production-release and operate models in production.
