Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy advanced ML models addressing complex business challenges.

You will develop models that learn and predict based on customer-defined logic, oversee architecture, data pipelines, and performance metrics, and present findings to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as the main AI lead for initiatives, and iterate for scalable, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to select datasets, perform statistical analysis, and run ML algorithms.
• Experience training/retraining systems and evaluating protocols.
• Ability to transform data science prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of software architecture and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, test, and deploy AI/ML algorithms addressing business challenges.
• Oversee model architecture, data pipelines, and metrics interpretation.
• Iterate for optimal model performance through monitoring and improvement.
• Collaborate across geographically distributed teams as AI lead.
• Act as main POC for AI initiatives and guides scalable solutions.
• Research and implement a broad range of AI/ML algorithms and tools.
