Base-2 Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer who designs, creates, tests, and productizes AI/ML algorithms to solve business challenges. The AI/ML models should learn and predict as defined by business logic, with proficiency in model architecture, data pipelines, and metrics interpretation.

The role requires familiarity with training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, and monitoring models, plus leading geographically diverse teams and acting as a primary POC for AI matters at a TS/SCI level.

Formación

• Five (5) years experience in applied machine learning.
• Master's or Ph.D. in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) additional years of machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree.
• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines.
• Lead model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop data governance and training workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Provide technical lead for AI strategy and POC.
